Non-Discrimination Statement

Helendale School District is committed to equal opportunity for all individuals in education and employment. The District prohibits discrimination, harassment, intimidation, and bullying in any District program, activity, or employment on the basis of actual or perceived protected characteristics, including:

This policy applies to all acts related to school activity or school attendance within a District school or program. Complaints alleging unlawful discrimination, harassment, intimidation, bullying, or retaliation may be submitted in accordance with the District’s complaint procedures.
