The Expanded Learning Opportunities Program (ELOP) funds enriching before-school, after-school, summer, and intersession programs for students in transitional kindergarten through sixth grade. These programs are designed to support the whole child by addressing academic, social, emotional, and physical development through engaging, hands-on learning experiences that extend beyond the traditional classroom.

ELOP programs are intentionally student-centered and results-focused, incorporating community partnerships to enhance learning opportunities. Rather than simply extending the regular school day, these programs offer complementary activities that enrich and expand upon classroom learning. Through interactive projects, creative exploration, and collaborative activities, students develop critical skills while discovering new interests and building confidence in a supportive environment that recognizes each child's unique needs and potential.
