Andrew Hay serves as Principal of Helendale Secondary School, bringing more than 20 years of experience in education, including nine years of administrative leadership. His diverse educational background includes experience in alternative education, special education, and athletics coaching, providing him with a broad perspective on the different ways students learn, grow, and succeed.

Mr. Hay approaches leadership with an emphasis on collaboration and student-centered decision-making. At Helendale, he is focused on working alongside students, families, teachers, and staff to build upon the school’s strengths, support student success, and provide an environment where every student has the opportunity to grow academically and personally.

Zachary Jennings serves as School Administrative Manager and Athletic Director for Helendale’s secondary schools. In addition to his school leadership responsibilities, Mr. Jennings serves as Agape League Secretary and an Agape League CIF-Southern Section representative, giving him an important role in supporting both campus operations and the district’s interscholastic athletic programs.

His work includes coordinating school operations, supporting staff and students, and helping oversee the many activities and responsibilities connected to a successful secondary school and athletics program. Through these roles, Mr. Jennings helps provide students with a safe, organized, and engaging school experience both inside the classroom and through extracurricular opportunities.
